Loving it so far

Excellent buy! Vacuum sealed, and only took a hour max to fully fluff up. I have bought multiple different neck pillows and returned all of them except this one. I highly recommend you try it out.
I also love that it helps with cooling because I'm such a hot sleeper and this one does a great job of mitigating that. Give it a try and free returns if you don't like it just keep your box.

buy it if you're on the fence!!!

There's nothing more important than getting enough quality sleep at night. Poor sleep will negatively impact literally everything you do and every system in your body. Sleep hygiene is one of the things you should absolutely not skimp on in this life, and this orthopedic pillow has been exactly what I needed in my life!

Overall I've felt much less pain in my neck and its improved my day-to-day significantly. I'm thinking about ordering a second for my mum who has similar pains. Seriously do not sleep on this thing!! I mean... DO sleep on this thing. You know what I mean.

I usually don't go for memory foam pillows but my wife got this for me as a birthday gift and ive been consistently waking up with less neck pain than before. I'd recommend to try it if you're on the fence - worst case scenario Alterra has a two week return policy

Cover is so difficult to get back on

I took the cover off to wash it and had to get my husband's help to get it back in.
